Fruit By The Foot Uptown Throwdown
If you thought this bicycle extravaganza was for adults only – think again! New in 2010 is a unique and exciting interactive bike event June 18th at the Uptown Minneapolis Criterium stop of the Nature Valley Bicycle Festival. Kids 12 and under - and teens too - will have the chance to watch and learn from BMX pros as well as the chance to jam to great music in the Fruit By The Foot Uptown Throwdown.
Fruit by the Foot Stunt Shows
The Fruit by the Foot Stunt Shows will take place in the Uptown Throwdown for the Minneapolis stop of the Nature Valley Bicycle Festival. A favorite for kids of all ages (and adults), this stunt show will go the extra mile during the Uptown Throwdown. Even if you see them perform on the other Nature Valley Bicycle Festival venues, you’ll want to catch their special performances in Uptown.
The “Big Stunt”
The Big Stunt will be a show-stopping spectacular trick that will have kids talking about the coolest thing they’ve seen all summer long. Evel Knievel meets the Bicycle Festival! Want to know what the stunt will be? Sorry, you’ll just have to attend to find out. That’s part of the fun!
The Kids Jam Trick Clinic
Kids ages 12 and under will have a chance to learn flatland and small ramp tricks from the Rich Wieber pros and try them out under Rich’s supervision. Bikes and helmets will be available for kids that don’t have their own. Be sure to bring a parent to sign the waiver. Kids will learn from a pro in a fun and safe setting.

The Fruit By The Foot Music Stage creates a party atmosphere within the festival. Groove to the sounds of top talent while you enjoy the rest of the Uptown Throwdown.
